How can I submit changes about my business to the Secretary of State?

Log in and, at the User Workspace Summary Screen, click the "Add New License/Permit/Registration" link. Among the items listed, you will see several types of changes that can be filed with the Secretary of State, also listed below. Select the appropriate link according to the type of change you wish to make.

Clicking the link will begin a wizard (a series of questions) that will lead you through the process of submitting the desired filing to the Secretary of State. Work your way through each question until done. If supporting documentation or signatures are required, you will be able to provide those items by uploading while on line, or later by email or fax. If a fee is required, you will be able to pay on line.
