• Business Recycling Assistance Program This program provides free technical assistance to businesses of any size to help them reduce the amount of waste they're generating, encourages recycling, prevents pollution and environmental impacts, and promotes resource conservation. This program is a collaborative effort between Commerce, DHEC and USC's Industrial Ecology Program.

• The Resource Guide is a reference tool for South Carolina’s business community, providing easy to find, concise information on state services. It includes assistance providers available to expanding companies, educational opportunities and general information about economic development in the state.This guide contains a variety of resources, both service providers and publications. Many of these resources are provided at no cost, while others carry reasonable charges or fees.The Business Solutions Division of the South Carolina Department of Commerce produced this Resource Guide. The mission of the division is to implement strategic programs to support and expand South Carolina-based jobs and capital investment. We welcome your comments and questions, and hope you find the Resource Guide a useful tool.
