If you have established a username and password with SCBOS, ePay, eSales, eWithholding, or DORBOS then click on the Registered User button below and enter your current username and password.

Registered Users

If you have not created a username and password, click on the New User button below. Registering yourself as a user enables you to use this site at no cost or obligation.

New Users

You never have to create more than one username and password since one person can be associated with many different businesses. For example, an attorney or CPA might register 20 different businesses. Users may also securely share business registrations with another user.

What can you do with SCBOS? Below are just some of the examples!

Register Business

This allows the business user (or someone permitted to act on their behalf) to register a business with SCBOS for the first time. The following can be done:
  • Register business with Secretary of State
  • Setup Withholding
  • Setup Sales Tax
  • Setup Corporate Tax
  • Setup Business Personal Property (BPP)
  • Register with Employment Security Commission
Apply for LPRs
(Licenses, Permits, Registrations)

This allows the business user (or someone permitted to act on their behalf) to apply for licenses, permits, or registrations through SCBOS.
Renew LPRs
(Licenses, Permits, Registrations)

This allows the business user (or someone permitted to act on their behalf) to renew licenses, permits, or registrations through SCBOS.
Change Information

This allows the business user (or someone permitted to act on their behalf) to change certain pieces of information. The following can be done: Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA)
  • Update Notice
Secretary of State (SOS)
  • Change Amendments
  • Change Registered Agent
  • Dissolve the business
  • Registered Agent Resignation
